Fernando Alonso - Exhaust Sculpture

Part of an exciting ongoing collaboration between Racing Gold and Ben Rousseau, we present you with a collection of spectacular lighting installations using only F1 Championship Winning exhaust systems. 

The horizontal mounted sculpture displayed here uses the race run exhaust from Fernando Alonso’s championship race winning R26 Renault F1 car of 2006.

Made from flat plate Inconel metal, these have been crafted into tubular masterpieces by hand in the U.K.  

After performing on the race car, we hand polish the external surfaces then stove lacquer. 

The lamps are adorned with 12v fibre optic lighting strands with multiple pieces of supporting F1 exotic parts. Namely torsion springs and the infamous legality plank.
