The aluminium chassis sits within a custom frame built from 3D-printed carbon-fibre PLA for rigidity and lightweight strength, then wrapped in expertly upholstered quilted leather with colour-matched stitching to elevate the material interplay.

Dynamic, user-adjustable lighting modes allow the Aviator to integrate seamlessly with any environment—or synchronise with the colour language of a preferred aircraft, train, or automobile.
